Welcome to the Harford Retired School Personnel Association web site.  Our organization provides retirees with the opportunities to stay connected with colleagues and keep abreast of legislation and policy developments that may affect both pensions and social security.

We work with the Harford County Board of Education on issues related to health and the presentation of pre-retirement seminars.  The association advocates on legislative issues in the federal, state and local levels with elected and appointed policy makers.  We offer a wide variety of activities including opportunities for travel, community services, scholarships students of HCPS employees and The Educators Hall of Fame.

HCRSPA holds two luncheon meetings a year on the first Thursday in December and May at various locations.  If you are not yet a member we hope you will consider joining with us as we enjoy the fellowship of educators and support the school system and the children of Harford County.  You do not have to be a former HCPS employee as we accept all retired school employees who wish to stay in touch with issues that relate to retiree needs and educational issues.
